About CMR Panel LLC
Caribbean Market Research Ltd has carried out market and social research across the region since 1970. From its base in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, the firm has worked in more than twenty Caribbean territories and is a member of ESOMAR.
CMR Panel LLC was formed in the United States to extend that work into online consumer panels and to handle the firm's panel operations and panelist payments. It is a wholly owned subsidiary and works to the standards the parent firm has held since 1970.
What we do
CMR Panel LLC operates Trini Rewards, an opt-in online consumer panel for Trinidad and Tobago.
We build the panel
We recruit consumers in Trinidad and Tobago into a permission-based panel, verify their details and manage their membership over time. Joining is free and voluntary, and members can leave whenever they choose.
We field the research
We design and run short online surveys (CAWI) for research projects, collect responses through the panel and report findings in aggregate. Members decide which surveys they take.
We pay panelists
Members earn points for completed surveys and redeem them for mobile airtime, sent straight to their Digicel or bMobile line.

CMR Panel LLC runs the consumer panel under the Trini Rewards name and operates as the United States subsidiary of Caribbean Market Research Ltd.
